How It Works
1. Preheat grill/pan/oven to 375°F for frying, grilling, or poaching, or 450°F for baking.
2. Place the Fish on a cutting board, and extend the probe to the fish’s thickness.
3. Insert the Probe at the thickest part of the fish, lower the gauge to just touch the top.
4. Read the Cooking Time from the gauge (based on thickness).
5. Put fish on a cooking device, start a timer, flip half way through cook time (if desired), and enjoy a perfectly cooked, moist fish filet every time!
